About FIS

• FIS is a web-based software solution to create a comprehensive profile for each faculty Member, record their annual activities in Teaching Learning, Research and Professional services. recognizing the achievements and accomplishments of each faculty member is a much-needed requirement for institutional leadership and management
• FIS allows a faculty member to view, enter and track their teaching, research and other professional service activities
• It has an internal mechanism for faculty performance evaluation, and to generate reports on different factors that are used to measure the Quality of service by the Teachers
• The Management can use FIS reports to create a profile for each faculty member, use it as the personnel review process for annual performance appraisal, and position the faculty with an appropriate Grade
• The FIS framework has a defined and structured methodology for score calculation, and to generate reports on different factors that are used to measure the Quality of service by the Teachers, designation-wise/Department wise
